Plumbing systems were designed for fire suppression and emergency needs, ensuring reliability across the facility.

On the electrical side, CEI developed power distribution systems to support the high energy demands of flight simulators and manufacturing equipment. Leveraging our expertise in both electrical and mechanical construction, CEI successfully installed 230 EV charging stations, designed to meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and scalability. This facility is Florida’s first to operate with electric delivery vans, marking a significant step in sustainable logistics.

For the 1.6 million sq ft Touchpoint Medical device manufacturing facility, CEI provided essential electrical and mechanical services to support advanced production needs.
