CEI delivered comprehensive electrical, mechanical, and MEP design/build services for two major educational projects for Patel Elementary/Middle School and High School—an 84,000 sq ft K-8 school and a 67,000 sq ft high school, both featuring state-of-the-art facilities.
The K-8 school is situated on a 32-acre site where CEI designed and installed a full range of electrical systems, including energy-efficient lighting, power distribution, and backup power solutions to ensure a safe, reliable learning environment. Our mechanical engineers designed a custom HVAC system that provided optimal climate control for classrooms, common areas, and specialized learning spaces, ensuring student and staff comfort year-round.
The high school, which included a gymnasium, sports fields, and a technology center, was a complete electrical and mechanical services project that supported both educational and recreational spaces. The electrical system was designed to handle the high power requirements of specialized areas like the technology center and gymnasium lighting. Our HVAC design also catered to large, high-traffic spaces such as the gymnasium, ensuring air quality and temperature control for athletic events and gatherings.
