CEI provided comprehensive services for a 13,000 sq ft food hall featuring 11 vendor stalls, an elevator, outdoor patio, and a microbrewery. Our team delivered expert electrical installations, including energy-efficient lighting, power systems, and backup power solutions. We also designed and installed advanced HVAC systems for optimal comfort and ventilation throughout the space.
The project included an ADA-compliant elevator, seamlessly integrated for accessibility, and custom outdoor lighting for the patio, enhancing both safety and ambiance. Additionally, CEI’s mechanical team worked with the microbrewery’s design team to install specialized systems for brewing equipment, ventilation, and water treatment, ensuring efficiency and compliance with health standards.

CEI provided specialized engineering services for Pem-Air’s turbine engine service and rebuild facility. A key feature was the engine cleaning room, designed with 20 air changes per hour to ensure optimal airflow and safety during the cleaning process.
In addition to the ventilation system, CEI delivered complete electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility, including power distribution and high-efficiency lighting. Our team ensured seamless integration of all systems, supporting the complex equipment needed for turbine maintenance while adhering to strict safety standards and regulations.

CEI provided expert electrical, mechanical, and MEP design/build services for Wendover Art Group’s 250,000 sq ft art printing and framing facility in Largo. We also designed and implemented custom HVAC systems to ensure precise climate control, critical for preserving artwork and creating optimal working conditions in the production areas. Additionally, CEI developed mechanical systems to support the specialized workflows and equipment, ensuring seamless operations in both the art printing and framing processes. The design/build approach allowed us to deliver tailored MEP solutions that aligned with Wendover Art Group’s operational needs, focusing on efficiency, safety, and long-term sustainability for their cutting-edge facility.

The Bank of Tampa, with assets totaling $1.8 billion, is one of the largest community banks in the Tampa Bay area. Since its founding in 1984, the bank has grown from a commercial institution into a diversified financial services provider, offering commercial banking, personal banking, wealth management, and trust services. With a focus on serving various industries and professionals, The Bank of Tampa has become a full-service community bank, privately owned by its staff, directors, and clients.
As the bank expanded, it required a modern, state-of-the-art facility to support its growth. CEI provided comprehensive engineering design, electrical, mechanical, and technology services for the bank’s new 60,000 sq ft facility. The top two floors were designed with cutting-edge office layouts to foster collaboration and efficiency, with the HVAC systems ensuring optimal temperature control and air quality throughout. Robust power distribution systems were installed to support the bank’s high-tech operations, including energy-efficient lighting and low-voltage systems for communication and security. CEI also designed advanced backup power solutions, including UPS and generators, to ensure uninterrupted operations. The first floor, which replaced the long-standing Armenia branch, was outfitted with modern plumbing, fire suppression systems, and covered parking, providing a seamless integration of engineering solutions that support the bank’s operations today and well into the future.

Universal B6 Campus Commons & Bistro

The Universal Studios Orlando B6 Campus Commons & Bistro serves as a dedicated space for team members to relax, recharge, and connect with colleagues. This dynamic hub offers a wide range of amenities, including high-quality food, essential services, exclusive merchandise, and more, providing a comprehensive and enjoyable experience for employees.
CEI was contracted to perform a comprehensive range of mechanical services for the 64,000 sq ft new 2-story project. Our team was responsible for the installation of both underground and above-ground chilled water and hot water piping systems. We also installed rooftop air handling units (RTUs), exhaust fans, and boilers—critical components in ensuring the building’s operational efficiency. Additionally, CEI provided comprehensive oversight of the sheet metal ductwork installation, ensuring seamless integration with the mechanical systems to meet the highest quality standards. We also managed the installation of the building’s automation system, coordinating all components for optimal functionality.
Throughout the installation of the extensive underground water piping systems, CEI worked diligently to mitigate disruptions to the nearby employee Starbucks, which remained open throughout the entire build of the new B6 Campus Commons. This careful planning ensured minimal impact on daily operations while maintaining project momentum.
