Getting Bigger and Better

Thanks to the continued support of our ever-growing client base and talented staff, expanded facilities are needed to better serve the Orlando market. Construction is now underway on our new 19,000 square foot building located in Apopka, with completion scheduled for mid-summer of 2021. When finished, the new facility will not only provide enhanced quarters for existing electrical contracting operations but will also provide a home for permanent mechanical contracting, technologies, and consulting engineering operations.

Colwill Engineering has been growing over the past years and we needed a bigger space to make room for our amazing team. We’re proud that so many talented professionals want to start or develop their careers with us. When our new facility is complete, we’ll have ample room to spread our wings and expand our culture of passion, leadership and success.

About the area

Apopka is a quaint Orlando suburb located about 19 miles northwest of the city. With a population of around 50,000 people, Apopka has all the charm of a small-town while still maintaining a big city feel.

Fun fact about the city: Apopka is sometimes called the “Indoor Foliage Capital of the World”due to the extensive number of Greenhouse nurseries found in the area.
